Terms of Service

Welcome to Tips for Clips (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Overview

Tips for Clips lets users upload short gameplay clips and receive monetary tips via Stripe. Creators retain rights to their content but grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute clips on the Service.

2) Eligibility

You must be 13+ to use the Service. Payouts may require age and identity verification.

3) Payments & Fees

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card data.
• For each tip: Stripe takes card processing fees; the platform may take a service fee; the remainder goes to the creator’s connected account.
• Payout timing and availability are handled by Stripe and may vary by region and compliance status.

4) Creator Responsibilities

• Upload only content you have the rights to share.
• No illegal, hateful, pornographic, or infringing content.
• Comply with all applicable laws and Stripe’s Connected Account requirements.

5) Moderation

Clips enter a pending state and may be approved or rejected at our discretion. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts to protect the community and comply with laws.

6) Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
